After the 30 years

Postby ermiles » Wed Jan 27, 2010 12:33 am

I am thinking of purchasing a resale Sol Mar unit that does not have very many years left on it. Does anyone know what the options are after the 30 years run out?

I think you have an option of buying more years but not sure if it is 25 or 50 years.

It'll probably be cheaper to just replace the unit with another resale unit. You can get them dirt cheap on eBay, holidaygroup.com, redweek.com, etc. I'm sure the resort's "renewal" fee will be 10-20 times higher.
