GENERAL NOTES: Street and marina noise very apparent from this building, which is located at the bottom of the hill. Additionally, the entire hallway of the bottom floor is very dark, wet, damp and horrible smelling. Mold is evident on the floors and walls in may places. Second floor is also dark, but not wet/moldy. End units on the right have some natural light and are not affected (3142, 3141, 3242, and 3241). Top floor is located right next to the cart road. During Sat/Sun (check-in/out days), the noise is excessive. The balconies on the first floor are located right above the Galeon parking lot.

`` Very dark, cave-like hallway where entrance doors are located. Hallway had permanently wet areas on the floor and some walls, and it smelled moldy/musty.
